1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the phtay website, or using any of the services offered by phtay — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, and slot games — you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the phtay platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of phtay, whether accessing the platform from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, or any other location within the Philippines. Your continued use of phtay following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the phtay platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phtay or any relevant regulatory authority;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements;
• You have not previously had a phtay account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

phtay employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and other documentation as reasonably requested by phtay.

Failure to provide accurate identity documentation, or any attempt to circumvent age verification, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of phtay services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on phtay. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering your phtay account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. phtay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification

phtay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Accounts that remain unverified may have restricted access to deposits, withdrawals, and certain game types.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phtay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtay supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• PayMaya (Maya)

• Metrobank

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on phtay is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phtay account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. phtay does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phtay aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

phtay reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All winnings are paid in Philippine Peso. Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings under Philippine law. phtay does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phtay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and eligible games.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification unless otherwise stated;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• phtay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ₱10,000 before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. 6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on phtay are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant game rules. phtay's decision on the outcome of any game or bet is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

phtay reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of technical error, odds manipulation, or suspicious betting patterns. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.

6.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phtay will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, bets affected by a confirmed technical failure may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phtay platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phtay;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through phtay;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phtay platform;
• Accessing phtay from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward phtay staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtay platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of phtay or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phtay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from phtay without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

phtay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using phtay, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

phtay implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

10. Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phtay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phtay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phtay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use phtay at your own risk.

12. Amendments to Terms

phtay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the phtay platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of phtay after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phtay informally by contacting our customer support team. phtay will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
